An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our high-performing Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with our Founder, this is a unique opportunity to help shape and deliver the Grace Loves Lace brand globally. You will act as the ultimate brand guardian, ensuring the Grace Loves Lace DNA is consistently brought to life across all channels while overseeing campaign planning, photoshoots and creative execution. In this role, you will take the Founder’s vision and bring it to life through exceptional brand storytelling, campaigns and content. This role requires someone who combines strong creative instincts with commercial awareness, with the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns and content that resonate with our global audience. This role can be full-time or part-time depending on the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Be the brand guardian of GLL, ensuring our Brand DNA is reflected across all content and communications Work closely with the CMO and Founder to execute brand campaigns and creative initiatives Plan and manage new collection campaigns and key brand moments Lead the planning and execution of photoshoots across retail, wholesale and e-commerce, acting as a creative producer to bring campaign concepts to life, including budgeting and logistics Manage and mentor two Graphic Designers to ensure creative output aligns with brand standards and marketing timelines Manage the execution of campaign, event and product launch creative across all channels Oversee the design and delivery of digital marketing assets (social media, website, eDM, campaigns and events) Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure PR, influencer and campaign activity align with brand strategy Collaborate with our Social Media Manager to curate engaging content for our global audiences Identify opportunities to improve content performance, brand storytelling and customer engagement About You: We are seeking a strategic, organised and commercially minded Brand Manager with strong creative instincts and the ability to bring ideas to life. Our ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent taste and brand awareness, and can confidently translate strategy into creative execution while balancing creativity with commercial awareness.
