The Procurement Lead Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) plays a pivotal role within Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ), overseeing the end-to-end process of selecting, procuring, purchasing, delivering, and installing FF&E for major health infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for planning, developing, negotiating, and delivering procurement activities for both clinical and non-clinical equipment across capital projects, ensuring a client-focused and transparent approach. Leveraging strong stakeholder engagement skills, the Procurement Lead FF&E coordinates specialised requirements to meet business needs and organisational objectives, on time and within budget, while managing complex components tailored to the unique demands of large-scale health infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Oversee and provide high-quality FF&E procurement advice and services, including procurement planning, sourcing documentation development, release and evaluation processes, and contract negotiation, formation, management, and administration. Contribute to high-level professional practice by applying contemporary procurement strategies for healthcare facilities in line with Queensland Health and Whole-of-Government policies, procedures, and guidelines. Oversee FF&E program delivery across multiple projects, including scheduling and coordinating item delivery to align with shifting project timelines. Ensure accurate data management, analysis, and reporting, including budget management and financial reporting for executive audiences, using systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, SAP S/4HANA, Aconex, and dRofus. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including specialist consultants, Project Directors, clinical/non-clinical teams, and vendors to ensure FF&E requirements are met effectively.
