Your opportunity As Principal Project Officer (AO7) within Relations & Standards, you will lead project initiatives that enhance QFD's approach to complaints handling and implementation of the Complaints Management System (CMS) Review recommendations. In this role, you will: Lead project activities that strengthen processes and outcomes related to complaints management Develop tools, frameworks and policies that improve governance, consistency and quality of response Support planning, progress tracking and delivery of work against milestones and reporting requirements Undertake analysis, research and document development to inform decision-making Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support engagement, collaboration and delivery Prepare reports, briefs and submissions to support the program and executive decision-making Contribute to system, policy and procedural improvements across the CMS program This is your chance to influence meaningful change and uplift how the department supports employees, volunteers and complainants.
