We’re on the hunt for a Partnerships Manager who loves building relationships and growing great school communities. About the Role We’re seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to grow TheirCare’s network of school partnerships and support high quality service delivery across our communities. In this pivotal role, you will secure new school partnerships, nurture strong relationships with existing partner schools, and coordinate smooth, professional transitions during new service openings or service exits. You’ll work closely with principals, business managers, dioceses, councils, and internal teams to ensure TheirCare continues to provide exceptional Outside School Hours Care aligned with community needs, regulatory requirements, and our organisational values. Your work directly contributes to sustainable organisational growth and the delivery of exceptional care to children and families nationwide. This is a full-time role with flexibility and regular travel across Perth. Key Responsibilities include: Lead the end-to-end tender and proposal process for new school partnerships, including pipeline development and market analysis. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with principals, business managers, school boards, and community stakeholders. Coordinate new service onboarding and service exits, ensuring licensing, compliance, communications, equipment setup, and stakeholder engagement are delivered to a high standard. Act as a central liaison across internal teams including Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture to support seamless openings and service transitions. Maintain accurate partnership records, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic planning and commercial performance. Conduct site visits, manage logistics, support community information sessions, and ensure service standards meet or exceed expectations. About You You’re a confident communicator, a trusted relationship builder, and someone who thrives in a people-first, community focused environment. You bring commercial acumen, project coordination skills, and a genuine passion for enriching school communities. Experience in business development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or account management (ideally within education, community services, NFP, or OSHC). Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders. Strong project management capability, with experience coordinating multi-step transitions or large operational projects. Ability to work autonomously, travel regularly, and manage competing priorities. High emotional intelligence with a relationship-first mindset. Experience preparing tenders, proposals, or formal submissions (highly regarded). Understanding of OSHC operations, NQF, or regulatory requirements (desirable). Why work for us?
