ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations in the Hawke’s Bay region for a well-established civil contractor. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll oversee a significant regional contracting business, driving sustainable and profitable growth while ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Shape and deliver operational plans that align with the overall business strategy Oversee and enhance project delivery across the region while promoting consistency and best practice sharing across the wider business Identify and implement efficiencies that improve profitability and strengthen customer partnerships Champion a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement Take ownership of all aspects of regional performance, including safety, people, plant, resources, finance, and commercial outcomes About You: 15 years of experience in roading or civil engineering Proven success in senior regional leadership roles within the civil/roading sector Strong commercial and financial management skills, including full P&L responsibility Experience in securing work, developing competitive tenders, and nurturing long-term client relationships Excellent problem-solving ability to manage and resolve complex operational challenges A strong commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards What’s in it for You: $180-210k base vehicle, negotiable depending on experience.
