As an Allied Health Team Leader, you will: Lead and support a team of 20 allied health professionals, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners, and Behaviour Support Practitioners. Maintain your own clinical caseload, delivering high-quality services in homes, clinics, and community settings. Mentor and empower your team, fostering personal and professional growth through 1:1 coaching, supervision, and a structured Team Leader Development Program. Champion a positive team culture, client outcomes, staff engagement, and continuous learning. Collaborate closely with fellow Team Leaders and Senior Managers to achieve organisational goals and contribute to the ongoing growth of the service. About You Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Physiotherapy. Current or in-progress registration with AHPRA, SPA, or AASW. 3 years of clinical experience and experience in NDIS or community-based care. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Access to a vehicle and current driver’s licence; willing to obtain NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check if required.
