ABOUT THE ROLE As a Team Leader at National 360, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and inspiring a team of talented Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Physiotherapists. Lead by example with your own clinical caseload, delivering high-quality services in homes, clinics, and community settings. Collaborate across the business, working closely with fellow Team Leaders and Senior Managers to achieve shared goals. Champion team culture, client outcomes, continuous learning, and staff engagement. To support your performance in the role, you will also complete National 360's Team Leader Development Program, with comprehensive training across probation & performance management, supporting team member wellbeing, work health & safety, and more. You hold or have applied for AHPRA, AASW or SPA registration. 3 years' clinical experience in your discipline. You have experience in the NDIS environment and are passionate about community-based care. You're a great communicator, motivator, and team builder. You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence. You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
