About the Role As a Repair Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Supervisors and ensuring insurance repairs run smoothly from start to finish. You'll be responsible for coordinating make-safes, scheduling trades, managing job updates, and providing exceptional communication to all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate repair works and assist Supervisors with day-to-day workflow Organise make-safe responses and schedule trades efficiently Liaise with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams Maintain job documentation, updates, and reporting Ensure repairs are delivered on time and to quality standards Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process About You Previous experience in insurance building, construction, or scheduling (preferred) Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset What's on Offer Supportive and friendly team culture Opportunity to grow your skills in the insurance building industry Stable, full-time position with a well-established organisation In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
