About us: Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CQMHAODS) provides specialist mental health, substance and alcohol related care to residents of Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast, Gladstone, Central Highlands and Banana areas (catchment in excess of a population of 250,000) with services located in each area. About the role: To deliver efficient and confidential business and administrative support to a Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Services team to ensure optimal delivery of clinical services. About you: Comprehensive skills and experience in providing a broad range of administrative and business support services to a multi-disciplinary team. Chart preparation and chart maintenance, filing of medical records and associated loose sheets in accordance with the Order of Filing procedure. Ability to prepare agendas, accurately record minutes and action items. Demonstrate knowledge or ability to gain knowledge of a large number of specialised PC based systems (CIMHA, HBCIS, Queue Manager, S4Hana, EDIS, WINC, RMS, UMS, Patient Flow Manager, Microsoft Office suite).
