About the role: The Patient Liaison and Experience Team ensures that consumer voices are heard, valued, and used to influence timely, consistent, inclusive, and culturally competent improvements across the organisation. The team maintains oversight of all consumer feedback, including patient complaints, compliments, experience monitoring, Patient Travel, OHO, and Ministerial correspondence and Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMS), managing responses in line with Key Performance Indicators service agreements, and best practice principles. Reporting, trending, and analysis of feedback informs governance committees and clinical networks, supporting continuous quality improvement. About you: Provide high level administrative support and education to the Patient Liaison and Experience team for a range of activities related to the Patient Liaison and Experience Team framework. Contribute to operational or business improvement projects, gather and analyse information, identify opportunities for improvement, implement changes under direction or independently. Exercise judgement in prioritising tasks, managing competing deadlines, interpreting policies and determining appropriate action. Prepare high quality written materials such as briefs, reports, minutes, presentations and distribute, using contemporary software packages, including but not limited to Microsoft suite, Visio, Mirro and other contemporary tools.
