Role: Full time Location: Botany 2019, Sydney Australia Start: Feb/March 2026 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitoring, Managing and Executing Industry PR & Marketing Writing and distributing Press Releases and Articles. Monitoring Industry news across relevant Newsletters, Award Shows & Social Media. Generating Visual Assets for Press and Award Entries Managing and submitting all copy and assets for AWARD entries. Updating internal Brand & Creative Lists with latest news, announcements and partnerships Research and facilitate Award judging opportunities both Nationally and Globally for EP’s and Directors Visual Research and Innovation Assist with visual research using tools such as Flim, ShotDeck, FrameSet, EyeCandy and other relevant resources. Lead exploration on visual asset creation (still and video) using emerging AI software. Lead exploration and implement of emerging visual design tools (e.g Readymag and Figma etc) Updating Internal Creative Assets Tracking and Archiving all latest work from DIVISION Directors Creating Reels and Portfolios for Pitches and Director Presentations Creating Visual assets (Stills, Cutdowns, Gifs) from Director's work. Editing animatic, casting tapes & reels using Premier Pro. Assisting with PPM deck updates. Managing Director's Treatment Production Booking and managing all freelance team members for Treatment creation including Designers, Copywriters and Visual researchers. Scheduling, budgeting and reporting on Treatment Plan and Progress. Proof-read treatments for grammar and spelling Making tweaks and Adjustments to Director's treatments using appointed design software. ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS Professional Minimum 12 months relevant experience in the Industry. Manage multiple projects simultaneously — balancing deadlines, staying organized, and overseeing deliverables through different phases of execution. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field. A strong portfolio or extended relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications. Technological Strong Skills using Visual Design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Readymag and other emerging technologies. Experience using Video Editing tools such as Final Cut or Premier Pro. Curiosity and Capability to explore emerging visual technologies such as Ai Image & Video Generation software, and Graphic Design platforms and tools. Ability to craft and edit sharp and well structured copy for PR or Treatments. A willingness and appetite to learn — stay updated on creative trends, new tools / technologies, and evolving media formats. Creative Keen interest and ambitions in the Creative / Advertising / Marketing Industry. Passion to consume, Films, Music Videos, Visual Art and other creative mediums. Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and visual consistency Strong instincts forming and communicating creative opinions and feedback. Strong ability to intuit and understand varied creative briefs and relevant feedback and to communicate this to a broader team.
