Your new role The Acquisition and Analytics Specialist is a deeply technical hybrid role, combining deep hands-on media buying execution across paid media channels and ad-tech platforms with analytics, data infrastructure, media attribution, and measurement capabilities. This role is responsible for both driving high-performance customer acquisition through hands-on media buying and ensuring a robust, accurate and scalable analytics ecosystem through precise tagging, tracking, configuration, and data practices. Key responsibilities include Media Buying & AdTech Execution · Manage campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, SA360, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging channels · Configure ad-tech integrations including Conversion APIs, GMP protocols, and audience pipeline · Run continuous optimisation cycles using bid strategies, predictive signals, and A/B testing framework Analytics & Attribution · Architect GA4 configurations, custom event schemas and cross-domain tracking · Build marketing data pipelines in BigQuery and maintain attribution-ready datasets · Implement multi-touch attribution models, incrementality experiments, and funnel analysis · Develop dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to visualise performance CRO Implementation & Testing · Configure and deploy A/B and multivariate tests across digital platforms · Analyse outcomes and deliver insights to improve conversion and engagement Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with Brand, Content, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure design consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints What we’re looking for You’re a data-driven, hands-on media and analytics professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning insights into action. You bring a strong technical foundation in ad-tech systems, analytics platforms, and campaign optimisation, with a passion for continuous improvement and measurable impact.
