The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney-based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it “never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got". About Your New Role Join a supportive team where you’ll receive ongoing training to operate high-speed production and process equipment on our bottling and cooler refurbishment line. What You Will Be Doing Cleaning and sanitising the production area Completing quality checks Rotating between various roles on site Monitoring production activity, resolving and escalating issues impacting production targets Let’s Talk About You! Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred; beverage industry experience is an advantage) Strong collaboration, teamwork, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality/Safety/Environmental standards Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one What’s In It For You?
