About the role The Facility Services Administrative Officer provides vital support to the Security Coordinator by ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks related to security compliance, workforce coordination, and reporting. This role requires a high level of organisation, discretion, and attention to detail to support the department in maintaining legislative compliance and operational efficiency. This role also supports Facility Support Services administration functions. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation and evidence to support compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements for Security operations of the CKW Directorate. Support the preparation, review, and filing of compliance records, audits, and procedural documentation. Coordinate staff's attendance at mandatory training. Provide administrative support for roster management, payroll processing, leave coordination, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and compliance with relevant Awards and EB agreements. Assist with the review and preparation of regular and ad hoc reports related to security operations, mandatory training. compliance status, and performance metrics.
