Your new role: In this advanced AHA role, you will support clinicians by delivering delegated psychosocial interventions, assisting with screening, implementing individual and group programs, and providing practical support that helps consumers maintain independence and progress toward recovery. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to safe, effective and culturally sensitive service delivery. You will: Conduct delegated clinical screening tasks for consumers with complex needs Implement individual and group therapeutic programs under clinician supervision Provide support across transport, advocacy, crisis response, ADLs and community access Deliver education to consumers on defined health and living skills topics Maintain accurate documentation, data entry and Mental Health Act-related records About you: You are a proactive, recovery-focused allied health assistant with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with consumers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
