Description Attend client meetings with Financial Advisers, assist with preparation, note-taking and follow-up Arrange and coordinate all documentation required for client meetings Prepare clear and accurate summaries of client information for advice development Technical and Strategy Preparation Conduct research across superannuation, investments, insurance, products and strategy Undertake insurance needs analysis and prepare detailed insurance quotes Assist with financial modelling, scenario analysis and technical calculations Complete fact-find data entry and prepare instruction briefs for paraplanning Advice Documentation & Workflow Management Manage advice workflows from fact find to final delivery Coordinate and oversee annual reviews, new business plans and ongoing advice activities Review draft Statements of Advice and Records of Advice for accuracy and completeness Prepare ROAs where authorised Client Experience & Operations Maintain accurate client records, team dashboards and Xplan data integrity Monitor client accounts and support escalation management across operational teams Assist Advisers in resolving client requests promptly and professionally Oversee the implementation of advice recommendations and provide updates to clients Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements and checklist development Profile Essential Attributes Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy with technical information Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured and compliant environment Professional, proactive and client-focused approach Ability to work closely with Advisers and collaborate across teams Experience 1 to 3 years of experience as a Paraplanner, Associate Adviser or similar role in financial planning preferable Strong understanding of superannuation, investments, insurance strategy and general financial planning concepts Experience with Xplan (highly desirable) Prior client-facing experience is advantageous Qualifications Degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Economics or a related field Progress toward FAAA Professional Standards or CFP accreditation is desirable RG146 accreditation required or near completion Job Offer This role provides a strong foundation for long-term career progression within Cadre Capital.
