Reporting to the Accounts Team Leader, this role will play a key part in supporting smooth financial operations across the Group’s diverse divisions. What You’ll Be Doing Managing day-to-day accounts payable processing - verifying invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining supplier records. Assisting with accounts receivable transactions, including raising and matching claim invoices. Coordinating staff reimbursements and vendor setups, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Providing finance administration support such as intercompany transactions, reporting, and process improvements. Liaising with internal teams, trades, and suppliers to resolve queries quickly and professionally. About You You’re organised, detail-oriented, and love getting the numbers right. You enjoy working in a team environment but can also take ownership of your own tasks. Ideally, you bring: Proven experience in Accounts Payable (construction industry experience highly regarded). Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MYOB (or similar finance systems).
