Manage resources, schedules, commercials, safety, and client relationships. THE ROLE Project Management/Delivery Manage all aspects of the project including contract management, estimating, programming of work and defect rectification Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors Manage project start-up, maintain project schedule and ensure effective handover, including holding regular project management meetings Report on project success, results, progress, and deployment of activity Maintain the project site, premises, plant & equipment Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements Employee Relations Foster channels of communication on site to engage with employees to create positive workforce culture Motivate project team and ensure accountable to delivering with efficiency and effectiveness Ensure employee performance reviews are completed, and any issues are addressed Commercials Take ownership of all commercial aspects of project Manage and analyse project expenditure and duration Pre - Contract Ensure professional, high-quality estimates/tender bid/proposals Engage with clients and internal subject matter experts at precontract stage to understand scope, and contribute to tender process ABOUT YOU Along with extensive marine project management and delivery skills, you will have: Demonstrated experience delivering marine projects Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety Commercial acumen Programming and planning skills Experience in a similar role within a Contractor environment Drivers License THE BENEFITS Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Paid parental leave Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options Submit your resume today and start a conversation with one of our recruiters.
