We’re seeking an experienced, proactive Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites within a large, values-driven organisation providing essential services across residential, disability, education and community settings. This is a people-oriented and highly visible role responsible for delivering safe, compliant and customer-focused facilities services across multiple locations. You’ll be the central point of contact for all maintenance, asset, and contractor activities for your portfolio, ensuring sites operate reliably, efficiently, and to a high standard. Their Property & Asset Management division plays a critical role in delivering safe, sustainable and high-quality facilities. This is a 6 month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or permanency. The Role As Facilities Manager, you will: Manage reactive and planned maintenance across your allocated sites. Oversee contractor inductions, scheduling and safe work practices. Triage incoming maintenance requests to internal maintenance officers and ensure timely resolution. Monitor asset downtime and ensure critical equipment meets uptime SLAs. Support minor refurbishment works in alignment with agreed scopes. Ensure service delivery is customer-centred, responsive and minimally disruptive. Prepare and review maintenance budgets and expenditure forecasts and approve and code contractor invoices. Conduct and coordinate asset condition audits via the CMMS whilst maintaining accurate asset data, ratings and lifecycle information. Build strong working relationships with site managers, residents, suppliers and contractors. Provide clear communication around scheduled works, impacts, and resolutions. What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience in facilities management across multi-site environments. A good understanding of technical knowledge across FM, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security and general building services. Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial control capabilities. Experience using CMMS systems. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proven organisational and time-management capabilities. Valid Australian driver’s licence. Why Apply?
