ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our client’s road maintenance team in Melbourne. In this role, you will lead operational teams, oversee both planned and reactive road maintenance, and ensure compliance with all relevant road standards. This permanent role supports the Contract Network Manager in delivering operations and maintenance across multiple road networks. The position is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and future-focused maintenance across a variety of projects. Main Duties: Support senior management in operational delivery. Oversee daily road maintenance activities, both planned and reactive. Lead operations teams to manage work orders and schedules. Ensure all works comply with road standards and safety requirements. Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and service delivery. Manage delivery across multiple projects or contracts. Assist with long-term planning and future opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 10 years’ experience in road maintenance or civil infrastructure. Strong road maintenance background — essential. Knowledge of relevant Victoria road specifications and standards. Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance programs. Leadership skills with the ability to enhance team performance. Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project targets. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
