Our client, a prominent global payments network, is seeking an Associate Analyst to join their Network Operations team based in Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth and secure operation of their extensive network infrastructure. As an Associate Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring network performance, identifying issues, and collaborating with various internal teams to maintain optimal system availability and reliability. You will assist in incident management, perform routine network checks, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn within a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment. Experience or interest in network operations, IT infrastructure, or telecommunications is highly valuable. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring network performance and identifying anomalies to ensure service continuity. Supporting incident response and resolution activities across multiple teams. Assisting with documentation and maintenance of network operation procedures. Collaborating with technical experts to deliver improvements and upgrades. You will bring to the role: The ability to i nteract fluently in Japanese and English with customers, vendors, and support teams on a global scale. Willingness to work 12 hour shifts (6pm-6am) over 7 shifts a fortnight. You will work 3 days one week and 4 days the next. Full Australian work rights Basic experience in network operations.
