Delta Electronics (Australia) is currently seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join their team. Task and Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and challenges Analyse current business processes and workflows. Identify areas for improvement and propose optimised solutions. Develop process models and diagrams to represent current and future states. Perform data analysis to support business decisions. Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings and ensure data quality and integrity. Work with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions Assist in the development of project plans and timelines Serve as a liaison between business units and IT. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools. Knowledge of business process modelling tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
