This role will see you lead a highly skilled workshop crew performing assembly, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of construction equipment. Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will also include: Leading a team of Workshop technicians to meet, deliver and exceed service expectations Liaising with technical support staff and coordinating diagnostics, maintenance and repair work Managing work schedules and daily workshop activities to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and resources Liaise with stakeholders pertaining to machine performance, product, workmanship, and warranty Oversee & coordinate the learning & development of apprentices As The Ideal Candidate, You Will Have Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) heavy diesel or mobile plant trade qualifications Earthmoving equipment experience is required Safety first mindset - ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed, and driven from within Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long term relationships Here at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
