The role As the Office Coordinator, the role will keep our Perth office running smoothly. From welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house to supporting IT setup and coordinating events, this role is the go-to person for day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience. Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas to a high standard. Manage office supplies, stock control, and process invoices. Coordinate internal events, meetings, and catering. Support IT setup for new starters and assist with basic troubleshooting. Provide general administrative support, including expenses and document preparation. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
