Mondelez Australia is seeking an experienced and dynamic State Manager to drive growth across our Independents customers in South Australia. This role could sit in South Australia or be based in Melbourne Head Office with 2x days per month travel to Adelaide. This is an initial 12-month contract. About the Role This role will use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell and expand current customers' portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs and create new business opportunities. Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan strengthen and expand Mondelez International's position with Independent customers by preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans Responsible for the coordination between the customer and Mondelez International internal functions Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for Independent customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility Build and develop strong category partnerships Manage pricing and forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function Together with cross functional colleagues evaluate, plan & execute appropriate promotional and in store visibility Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments You will thrive on the challenge of new business and team collaboration. You'll bring: A strong background in professional selling, preferably within the FMCG sector.
