Job Description The Learning Systems Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting digital learning systems across Builders Academy Australia (BAA) and CWBTS, ensuring the smooth operation of all student facing platforms. This role includes managing LMS content, coordinating compliance uploads, facilitating communication with students, and supporting trainers. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining up-to-date resources, providing prompt assistance for technical issues, and ensuring compliance across all digital platforms Key Responsibilities of the Role: VR & Learning Systems Management – Coordinate student access to the VR Centre, maintain accurate login credentials, and manage updates to VR and LMS systems to ensure seamless learning experiences. Learning Content & LMS Administration – Maintain and update Canvas libraries and qualification templates, upload SCORM files and resource updates, and ensure all course materials remain current and compliant. Student Communication & Engagement – Deliver monthly newsletters to all apprenticeship and traineeship students, distribute login details to students and employers, and support consistent engagement across platforms. Trainer, Staff & Intern Support – Provide systems training for new trainers, onboard interns, and offer ongoing guidance to ensure staff are confident and competent in required tools and processes. Compliance, Course Setup & Student Administration – Manage compliance documentation in SharePoint and internal libraries, create and maintain master compliance documents, set up classes and student records across systems, process credit transfers, and accurately facilitate student transfers.
