About the Opportunity We’re looking for a talented Executive Assistant to provide high-calibre support to our clients CEO and CFO in a fast-growing ASX-listed organisation. This is far more than diary management - it’s a strategic business partner role, offering broad exposure across executive leadership, board governance, internal communications and company-wide initiatives. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit EA team and play a vital role in shaping how senior leadership operates day-to-day and over the long term. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive EA support to the CEO and CFO: calendar and inbox management, travel, correspondence and prioritisation. Act as a trusted gatekeeper and adviser - filter requests, manage workload, and protect executive focus time. Coordinate the full board-paper process: receive, prioritise, track reviews and feedback, and liaise with Company Secretariat team for distribution. Support executive team meetings and quarterly leadership off-sites, handling agendas, logistics, travel and follow-ups. Partner with Internal Communications for CEO and leadership messaging: monthly all-staff updates, leadership forums, video communications and ad-hoc comms. Manage periodic town halls, investor-related scheduling and financial-results cadence. Provide secondary support to the CFO including team comms and town hall coordination. Mentor a national EA team - ensuring consistency, sharing best practices, onboarding, and supporting cross-EA collaboration. Participate in EA recruitment and onboarding as required. What We’re Looking For Proven EA or Executive Support experience at a senior level in a listed company or large corporate environment. Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive under changing priorities and tight timelines. A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to liaise confidently with senior executives and stakeholders across the business. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently - anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and problem-solve on the go. A collaborative mindset - capable of building relationships across leadership, comms, finance, investor relations, and the EA cohort. Demonstrated ability to manage board-level documentation and governance processes (or similar high-volume, high-detail work). A “get-things-done” attitude - someone who can think on their feet, adapt, and stay calm under pressure. Flexibility for some travel (interstate quarterly off-sites) and occasional site visits.
