Work with a skilled team on a high-impact project Long-term 12-month contract with potential extension We’re seeking an experienced SAP Test Assurance Manager to lead testing activities across a large-scale SAP program for a major organisation in Sydney. You will be responsible for defining test strategy, managing test teams, overseeing execution, and ensuring successful delivery of end-to-end testing phases. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-profile transformation project, working alongside senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Test Assurance and Governance standards are set, communicated and adhered to, in-line with these standards: i.e.: SI Teams, Technology and Program resources: - have clear guidance on the test management Approach, their roles and are ready and prepared to conduct testing. - Testing tool(s) are established, and clear guidance is given on how these are used - Testing plans and tools are established for SAP specific testing, ie Test Automation, Regression, Performance and Penetration Testing Testing is successfully managed in line with agreed plans Key Requirements Proven experience as a SAP Test Manager on enterprise-level projects Strong leadership skills with a history of managing testing teams Expertise across SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.) Hands-on experience with testing tools such as HP ALM, Solution Manager, or Jira Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of QA methodologies and defect lifecycle Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic project environment Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments Prior experience in government or large enterprise programs (highly desirable) To apply, click on the link.
