Key Responsibilities Engage your community – visit Chinese-speaking households, businesses, community groups and cultural associations to educate, build trust and drive awareness. Customer service with impact – meet with families to understand their needs and guide them through tailored options. Generate new opportunities – proactively network, attend local events, connect with organisations, and build a consistent pipeline of referrals. Represent the brand – act as a trusted advisor within the community, supporting people through important personal decisions. Own your sales process – manage your territory, appointments, follow-ups and contracts from end to end. Achieve commercial outcomes – meet and exceed monthly KPIs through genuine connection and service-led conversations. What’s in it for you?
