The position Calling on electrical wholesalers and contractors, this BDM role covers the Central Coast up to Coffs and Harbour out west to the New England region. You’ll drive growth with wholesalers and electrical contractors, build strong customer relationships, and execute a well-planned call cycle. Duties include: Drive sales of LV electrical consumables to wholesalers and contractors. Manage and grow a large regional territory across Northern NSW. Build relationships and maximise product visibility with key accounts. Plan your own call cycle and proactively identify sales opportunities. Provide product knowledge, support and on-site engagement. Skills & experience required: Solid electrical experience, preferably with existing wholesaler or contractor networks. Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory. Self-motivated with strong planning and autonomous work capability. Confident communicator with solid customer engagement skills. A proven track record of achieving sales budgets and targets. Experience using and maintaining CRM systems, such as Salesforce. Benefits: Generous annual base salary plus superannuation.
