About the Role Working alongside approachable and highly experienced partners, you will be involved in a broad range of matters, including: Employment & Workplace Relations Advice Workers’ compensation and Work-Injury claims Insurance-related matters and recoveries Commercial and employment disputes Drafting advice, contracts, submissions, and pleadings Court and tribunal preparation and appearances About You We’re looking for a candidate who is: 1–3 PQE with experience in employment law, insurance, workers’ compensation, or litigation (or a strong interest in these areas) Strong in drafting, research, and communication Confident in direct client engagement Highly organised, proactive, and eager to grow Interested in building a long-term career in a boutique specialist environment Why This Firm?
