The Role We’re seeking a talented Bid Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end tender process for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping winning submissions that reflect the brand’s excellence and help secure key projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the full tender lifecycle—from initial review to final submission. Coordinate input from Estimating, Design, Production, and Senior Management teams. Develop compelling bid content and strategies that highlight strengths and win themes. Oversee document layout, design, and brand consistency. Drive continuous improvement across templates, content libraries, and processes. Support pitch presentations and client interviews when required. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals. Background in construction, fit-out, design & construct, or refurbishment. Strong knowledge of tendering and procurement processes. Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills. Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
