In the role of a Valuer , you will join the NAB Commercial Valuations Team that’s doubling down on winning together! As a Valuer , you will have an exciting career in property valuation at NAB. With a strong background in property valuing, you will have the skills required to effectively value properties, assisting our customers with the process of buying, selling and investing in residential property. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Conduct valuation assignments for our residential and/or commercial customers Produce reports in line with industry best practice standards Self-manage your day to provide professional valuations in a timely manner whilst adhering to industry standards. Leverage your expertise property knowledge by presenting and providing insights to key stakeholders. Collaborate with a national team on property-related projects. Provide excellence for customers and communicate effectively with clients & colleagues. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: RPV/CPV registration accreditation and recent valuation experience in the current market. A passion for property and actively shares local property knowledge. Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills. Demonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamic. Capability and mindset to use a market leading valuation platform with continued innovation progressing every day. Demonstrated desire for ongoing improvement.
