Currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager that is looking to fit into their relaxed and wholesome environment, we are looking for someone that wants to grow into Property Management with loads of scope! The Role: Monday – Friday Role We are looking for someone who can take on their own small portfolio in the short term Assisting with routine inspections, ingoing inspections and outgoing inspections Assisting in the preparation of leases and lease renewals Assisting in organising repairs and maintenance Scheduling appointments, liaising with tenants and when required, landlords Other administrative tasks as required NO Leasing – you will have your own dedicated leasing officer The Candidate: Previous Property Management experience is essential – you could be a qualified Property Manager or Leasing Consultant looking to take a step into a small portfolio We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License Exceptional organizational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed The ability to provide a high level of service The Benefits: Monday – Friday opportunity They want this person to grow into Property Management!
