Role The PMO lead ensures efficient project delivery by supporting project managers with planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management. They work closely with Project Managers and senior management team to maintain accurate project documentation, monitor progress, and assist in resource allocation. By tracking project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, they help identify potential issues early, facilitating timely decisions and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Responsibilities include; Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders including senior managers, project managers Onboard new employees by setting them up in project control and ERP systems, ensuring they have appropriate access to tools, software, and relevant project information Assist in the creation and setup of new projects within the project management system, ensuring correct project details, timelines, budgets, and resources are aligned Assist in the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, supporting project managers by ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are tracked efficiently Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and procurement teams to align financial planning with operational goals Support continuous improvement in project accounting systems and reporting tools Support ERP and project management software integration and optimisation Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure accurate financial reporting, including flagging discrepancies and assisting in cost forecasting Requirements To secure this great opportunity we are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of 8 years' experience in project controls, or related roles within construction, engineering, or a similar industry. In addition, we are seeking.
