Job Description About this opportunity We’re seeking a Project Manager across a broad range of experience levels – from emerging PMs ready to grow and develop in their career, to seasoned Senior PMs who are already established in their field. You’ll be working with designers, civil engineers, construction administrators and project managers to bring to life complex land developments, civil engineering projects and masterplanned communities right through design and construction phases. This role will see you: At junior level, may be 2 or more years into your project management career, but is eager and determined to gain more exposure to leading projects whilst getting the training and development required to get you there. At the more senior level you will be well versed in running large projects, whilst mentoring and guiding more junior staff. Being the primary point of contact for the client through the lifecycle of the project, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed. Taking overall responsibility for design delivery including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external to Spiire. Preparing tender and contract documentation. Collaborating in the design approval process. Managing invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues. About you Building relationships is your biggest strength! You will come to us with: Engineering degree and ability to become a registered engineer. Experience in land development, civil design, construction, contracts administration or water engineering. A proven ability to use your communication skills effectively to achieve anticipated outcomes, whilst maintaining positive working relationships. Excellent administrative skills, driving accuracy and process improvement. Engineering degree and Victorian registration (or ability to become registered).
