The role Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be a pivotal point in supporting the greater Payroll team, being responsible for processing fortnightly payroll and addressing payroll queries within the required deadlines. In this visible and highly respected role, you will be providing a high level of service to key internal stakeholders relating to payroll queries. The key duties of the role will involve the following; Duties Payroll processing (fortnightly for approx. 1000 people) Payroll reconciliations Payroll accruals/journals Update systems/procedures Updating and maintaining personal records Processing new starters Terminations/annual leave calculations Overtime calculations EBA Award and interpretation Skills & experience The successful candidate will obtain strong technical knowledge of Payroll and maintain excellent communications skills. You will have proven experience in a similar Payroll position (industry experience type doesn’t matter) for a minimum of 3 years. You will be able to multitask and manage a high-volume workload.
