About the role MSS Security is looking for casual Retail Security Officers to join our team at Stockland, Rockhampton. In this role, you will help ensure a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property. Duties include but are not limited to: Conduct routine patrols and on-site inspections to uphold safety standards. Deliver a strong, visible deterrent against theft and antisocial behaviour. Respond rapidly and professionally to security incidents and escalate when needed. Collaborate confidently with team members and site personnel. Maintain accurate reports, logs, and complete basic digital documentation.
