ABOUT THE ROLE Graphics are the heartbeat and visual language of our brand, inspiring self expression and connecting to culture. As Category Buyer you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy. Working closely with our Graphic Design and Trend teams, to develop and deliver ranges that reflect our brand DNA and resonate with our customer. If you are a leader who thrives on inspiring and developing teams, shaping product that connects with youth culture, and translating strategy into results, we want to meet with you! You will contribute drive department PSR trade reviews, applying insights to guide future strategy, chasing growth opportunities and strengthening the brand’s position in market. You will collaborate with Production, Planning, and your Buying team to deliver cohesive, profitable, and brand-right product ranges that balance creative ambition with commercial performance. If you have an eye for intentional design and passion for creating product and finger on the pulse of youth sub cultures of: music, art, sport and fashion, We would LOVE to meet with you. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Deliver on-brand, profitable product ranges Experienced leader Strong team developer that inspires, cares for and grow’s others Results-driven Design experience preferable (Adobe suite) Strategic thinker – proven to had led and inspired strategy within team and influence brand Team Player: Partner with all Brand functions when delivering on the milestone calendar timelines, inputs and outputs. Business acumen: Monitor trade performance and competitor ranges to inform future product ranges within your categories that deliver on KPI’s. Market analysis and understanding of landscape.
