Exciting opportunity in our Online Team Be a part of a fast-paced, collaborative team Flexible hybrid role – Docklands based office & the comfort of your own home The Myer Group is seeking an eCommerce Specialist (Digital Operations) to support the tactical delivery of our online channels, with a focus on driving sales, streamlining operational processes and contributing to the success of short-term projects. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the seamless execution of online initiatives that enhance both commercial performance and the overall customer experience. About the role: Execute day‐to‐day eCommerce activities to increase sales and customer engagement Adhere to operational processes that ensure a smooth customer experience Contribute to small‐scale projects that contribute to eCommerce platform's enhancements Communicate with cross functional and external teams to achieve day‐to‐day execution of operational targets Ensure internal and supplier processes are kept up to date, participating in the improvement, adoption and iteration of process Coordinate and execute promotional activity on all eCommerce channels Work with internal teams to ensure all promotions are loaded in a timely manner, communicating any deadline requirements and providing feedback where offers cannot be supported (governance and previewing) Preview all upcoming offers and resolve any potential issues, working with internal teams on required changes to deliver the best promotional experience Respond to pricing and compliance issues across Myer Group sites promptly Execute product enrichment, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the product is live on site in line with delivery timelines About you: Previous experience in eCommerce or Merchandise role within the retail sector preferred Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A strong team player who is able to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams Customer driven with a strong service focus Ability to work within a fast‐paced environment Experience in eCommerce platforms, PIMs or search and merchandising tools Experience using Microsoft Office Suite – particularly in Microsoft Excel Benefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts.
