Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and file high volume Court documentation, including claims and enforcement documents for Queensland Courts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients through clear communication and effective solutions. Coordinate with Court staff, clients, and third parties to facilitate hearings and resolve queries promptly. Deliver practical, outcome-focused legal advice to internal teams and clients, ensuring risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Oversee case files for compliance, supervise paralegal activities, and mentor support staff to maintain quality and efficiency. Collaborate with the broader team to achieve annual business goals, improve operational processes, and support strategic initiatives that drive organisational success. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a litigation-focused solicitor role, supported by strong post-qualification experience and an Unrestricted Queensland Practicing Certificate (or ability to obtain one). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume matters with accuracy and efficiency. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions. Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
