With files waiting, this role offers immediate responsibility and a quick start. About the firm Our client is a boutique law firm located less than 15km south-east of Melbourne’s CBD. They are well-regarded for their conveyancing expertise, with a loyal client base and steady file flow. Their team is small but efficient, valuing accuracy, client service and collaboration. Duties As an experienced Conveyancer, you’ll run your own files from start to finish with minimal supervision. Managing residential and small commercial conveyances Drafting contracts, transfers and related docs Liaising with clients, banks, brokers and agents Attending to settlements and PEXA lodgements Key requirements 4 years’ conveyancing experience Confidence to manage end-to-end files Excellent drafting and compliance skills Ability to work independently in a small team Why join?
