The Role Deliver reporting to institutional clients across all asset classes and investment vehicles. Ensure that client inquiries are answered promptly and effectively. Inquiries may include issues with reporting, resolving operational and compliance queries and updating clients on their investments. Work with portfolio managers and investment teams to gather market and company specific data which represent the company’s investment capabilities and results. Help produce marketing materials for Australian and New Zealand products, perform research on competitors and monitor their performance. Ensure cashflows are accurately forecasted and operational and compliance issues resolved. The candidate Successful candidates will have: At least 3 years in a similar role in financial services. Candidates from an investment operations background will also be considered. Proven experience of interacting with clients. The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Excellent attention to detail. Strong numerical data, analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and/or Power BI skills. A friendly, enthusiastic and down-to-earth attitude.
