About the Opportunity: The Product Manager will be the dedicated leader for the strategic development and continuous optimisation of our core e-commerce website. This role requires a proven ability to define and execute a complex product roadmap, translating the business strategy into tangible, high-value customer experiences. The successful candidate will be the primary communication link between technical development teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and successful delivery of all website initiatives. What You Will Do: Executive Impact: You will be the point person responsible for aligning our product roadmap with the strategic vision of the General Manager, Executive Team, and the Board, securing buy-in and reporting results directly to the highest levels. Delivery: You will confidently manage a portfolio of multiple, simultaneous development projects, ensuring critical initiatives remain on time, within budget, and laser-focused on delivering maximum business value. Experiment: You will lead our conversion rate optimisation (CRO) efforts, designing, running, and analysing complex A/B tests (ideally with Optimizely experience) to continuously enhance the user journey and drive revenue. Unify: You will coordinate with peer Product Managers across the broader group to set best-in-class product protocols and share learnings, ensuring consistency and excellence. Manage Change: You will expertly manage change across all departments, ensuring new features are understood, adopted, and celebrated throughout the organisation. What You'll Bring: 5 years as a Product Owner/Manager, specifically in an e-commerce or high-traffic consumer web environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field. A proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, including engaging with executive leadership and Board members. Expert-level experience in A/B testing and experimentation, with hands-on proficiency in Optimizely or similar platforms. Demonstrated experience in managing a large, complex product backlog with multiple dependencies. Exceptional communication skills—you can articulate a strategy to the CEO and a user story to an engineer with equal clarity. Availability to be onsite in Waterloo 2017 office 5 days per week.
