Our Customer Support team is looking for a Strategy and Financial Performance Manager who will be responsible for for developing the AS strategies for BMW Australia derived from the corporate AS strategy. What awaits you? You will define AS mission and targets. You will drive the financial performance management and steering of AS business towards the set targets. You will be responsible for managing short and long term BMW AU P&A pricing strategy. You will monitor and recommend adjustments of P&A pricing and profit margin. levels, balancing budget imperatives with market competitive pressure and influences. Propose and financially evaluate bonus and incentive schemes for dealers. What you should bring along? University degree qualification in a business related discipline, or specialised business training leading to a certificate or diploma qualification. Strong experience within the Automotive Aftersales industry either at vehicle manufacturer or aftermarket parts distributor level (at least 5 years). Literate in financial statements, analysis, profit optimization & steering. Strong customer orientation understanding needs and challenges in the automotive industry. Experience in project management as well as previous disciplinary responsibility. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and strategy development. Extensive dealership experience in Aftersales Operations with exposure to business management and customer service procedures. Proven experience in delivering sales targets, motivating a team to achieve high results and creating strategic and realistic business plans. What do we offer?
