Job Description SGS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join the team in Clayton. You will drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence across Victoria. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a solutions-focused environment and is passionate about promoting high-quality training and academy services. Responsibilities include, however not limited to: Promote the company’s Training and Academy products and services across existing and emerging markets. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop new products, services, and target markets aligned with demand. Monitor customer preferences and market trends to guide sales strategies and future growth initiatives. Act as a key driver of increased market share and long-term business expansion. Develop and implement detailed Account Management Plans to support retention and growth. Ensure timely follow-up after meetings and maintain strong ongoing communication. Field incoming enquiries, provide product/service advice, and process orders. Achieve and maintain a minimum 35% closure rate on all closed group opportunities.
