As the Talent Support you will be collaborating with our Talent Partners in delivering an end to end, value-add internal recruitment service to our St Vincent’s hiring managers and candidates alike. Working closely with our Talent team and broader People & Culture colleagues, you will primarily focus on supporting the pre-employment element of our recruitment process, providing an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring a smooth transition from applicant through to St Vincents team member. Day to day responsibilities will include conducting pre-employment verifications, interview coordination, inbox management, process guidance and education and supporting our team in providing an efficient, high quality Talent Acquisition service.
