Job Description What you’ll do: Manage the end-to-end recruitment experience across carsales and its subsidiaries, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. Develop and support solutions such as attraction events and manager coaching workshops that support in delivering top talent across carsales. Manage cyclical talent events such as graduate and early careers recruitment programs. Focus on initiatives that deliver high employee engagement, diversity and quality of hire and retention. This includes engaging talent via a range of avenues including outreach, referrals, applications, market mapping and everything in between. Work with top tier technology such as SmartRecruiters, including integrations with Testgrid, Vieple, CV Check and HiBob and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, consistently discovering how technology can support how we recruit. Provide regular reporting, sharing trends and insights from candidate and competitor knowledge to ensure we remain an employer of choice for the best talent. Collaborate and connect with Hiring Managers/Teams to build capability to attract and engage talent directly via regular coaching and workshops. Partner with the broader People and Culture team and contribute to business projects and initiatives as required. Number of vacancies can fluctuate, generally ~15 roles, however support is always available from the broader team during peak periods.
