About the role: As the headspace Administration Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for young people, families, and visitors. You’ll provide friendly, professional administrative support that helps the centre run smoothly and ensures customers feel welcomed and supported. Your responsibilities: Provide warm, professional, youth-friendly customer service to young people, families, and visitors. Manage appointment scheduling and support the daily flow of the centre. Assist and guide the Receptionist, delegating tasks when needed. Support GP clinics with stock orders, processes, and admin functions. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in line with requirements. Work with the Practice Manager to coordinate billing processes. Stay compliant with organisational policies and participate in meetings and training. Support distressed customers and families while managing competing priorities calmly. About you Minimum Certificate III in Administration 2 years of administration experience. Confident using Microsoft Office and customer record systems. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills and the ability to make people feel welcome and supported. Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
