The Role The successful candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Defence Joint, Air or Land domains. This position will join our Joint, Air and Land (JAL) team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our established experts in maritime, national security, and change/culture management. You will be responsible for delivering project management and consulting services to Defence clients—primarily within Joint, Air or Land domain environments. This role involves supporting project outcomes in a consulting context, so excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Mandatory Skills & Experience Experience in the Joint, Air or Land domain, including management of programmes or projects Working knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS) Active NV1 security clearance (or higher) Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail, with strong planning and communication capabilities Resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Desirable Skills & Experience Project Management experience in CASG, Defence Headquarters or Defence Industry Relevant qualifications and/or accreditations in Project Management Experience developing ODCS capability definition artefacts Working knowledge of the ASDEFCON suite Why join Coras?
